Strengths: McConnell was the heart and soul of a very good Arizona team the past two years after transferring from Duquesne. Although his numbers aren’t the flashiest, McConnell was the true point guard that Arizona needed. He boasts leadership, defensive prowess, confidence, and excellent floor management.
Weaknesses: It’s tough to see a player like this go undrafted, and he certainly may be taken late, but the smart and dedicated point guard just might have too many better options ahead of him in the draft pool.
