Going into the year at South Carolina it looked like Ingram might get beat out by Devin Taylor and highly-touted recruit Jadeveon Clowney, but Ingram took that challange and threw it on it's back. He became the most dominant player on South Carolina's defensive line, playing at both end and tackle and finishing with 10 sacks and 15 tackles for a loss.
