Strong, physical and very well built. Good pad level and leverage. Flashes explosive burst, first step and closing speed. Penetrates versus the run. Shows decent speed around the edge as well as a spin move. With Michael Sam officially coming out of the closet and announcing he is homosexual he will have an uphill battle with some teams trying to convince them he will not be a distraction in the locker room.
Best attacking half a man. High motor player. Has shown the ability to drop in to coverage.
Maybe not the most dynamic, agile or fast athlete.
