Reliable workhorse defender with good size, strength, and mobility. Plays heavy with lots of strength on the on both the power play and the penalty kill. Good in his pivots. Displays a willingness to block shots. Has a nice heavy shot. Makes a good first pass out of his end, and has shown some initiative to jump up into the play too. Edgy. Can check opponents and separate them form the biscuit. Already has seen action in three OHL seasons.
