1

Ohio State

10-0

W:Illinois 28-3

1

Bring on the Spartans and the Wolverines.

2

Alabama

9-1

W:#19 Mississippi State 31-6

5

Alabama has come a long way this year, they are sound on both sides of the ball.

3 Clemson 10-0

W:Syracuse 37-27

2

Clemson trying to maintain their momentum leading up to the ACC title game where North Carolina looks like the likely opponent.

4

Oklahoma State

10-0

W:Iowa State 35-31

3

Oklahoma State seems like the most unlikely of the top four to make it through unscathed.

5

Notre Dame

9-1

W:Wake Forest 28-7

6

It doesn't matter who carries the ball for Notre Dame, they get the job done.

6

Iowa

10-0

W:Minnesota 40-35

7

We predicted this to be tough and a possible loss. Iowa finds a way to stay unbeaten.

7

Oklahoma

9-1 W:#4 Baylor 44-34

14

The Sooners seem to have something with Baker Mayfield and Samaje Perine. This is making for a lethal combination.

8

Florida

9-1 W:South Carolina 24-14 13

An SEC best 14.5 PPG given up allows the wins to keep piling up and why they can't be overlooked by the likes of Alabama.

9

TCU

9-1 W:Kansas 23-17 8

This team can't afford to be without Josh Doctson and Trevone Boykin can they?

10

Michigan State 9-1 W:Maryland 24-7

11

Michigan State gets their chance this weekend.

11

Baylor

8-1 L:#14 Oklahoma 34-44

4

Corey Coleman goes for 3-51-0 against Oklahoma...a huge factor in their loss.

12

Houston

10-0

W:#22 Memphis 35-34

17

A furious comeback for Houston who shows they want to crash the BCS party.

13

North Carolina

9-1 W:Miami 59-21 20

North Carolina could be putting up more points and yards but they are finishing their games by halftime, Clemson should be careful.

14

Stanford 8-2 L:#35 Oregon 36-38 9

The Pac 12 has officially become a mess.

15

Florida State

8-2 W:NC State 34-17 16

If not for the injuries, Dalvin Cook could have a realistic shot at 2,000 yards rushing this season.

16

Navy

8-1 W:SMU 55-14 18

If Navy beats Houston in two weeks we will see if the selection committee keeps their words and awaits the very late December 12th Army/Navy result to help determine the Bowl picture.

17

Michigan

8-2 W:Indiana 48-41 OT 15

A few close calls may be what the Wolverines need to get them ready for Ohio State.

18

Utah 8-2 L:Arizona 30-37 OT 10

Like Stanford, Utah has made a mess of the Pac 12.

19

LSU

7-2 L:Arkansas 14-31 12

The one dimensional offense has finally caught up with LSU, too many three and outs on offense wears out the Tigers defense.

20

Northwestern

8-2 W:Purdue 21-14 24

A solid season and exceeding expectations continues.

21

Wisconsin

8-2

Idle

23

It's been a quiet five game winning streak but Wisconsin gets a well timed week off before closing with Northwestern and Minnesota.

22

Washington State

7-3 W:#25 UCLA 31-27 28

Who would have thought Mike Leach would have this team at 7-3 after losing their opener to Portland State?

23

Oregon 7-3 W:#9 Stanford 38-36 35

A healthy Vernon Adams makes a world of difference.

24

Ole Miss 7-3 Idle 26

Tought time to be facing LSU, both teams are reeling and need a victory.

25

USC 7-3 W:Colorado 27-24 27

Would be a huge story if USC rights this nightmare of a season and keeps winning.

26

Mississippi State

7-3 L:#5 Alabama 6-31 19

Mississippi State travels to Arkansas at a dangerous time when the Razorbacks are riding high.

27

Texas A&M

7-3 W:Western Caolina 41-17 31

A&M gets that cupcake out of the way.

28

Memphis

8-2 L:#17 Houston 34-35 22

Memphis gained nearly 500 yards and had 26 first downs, but couldn't put it together when it counted most against a backup quarterback.

29

Bowling Green

8-2 W:Western Michigan 41-27 33

Bowling Green still wins the award for most exciting offense to watch.

30

Georgia

7-3 W:Auburn 20-14 34

Nice win for Georgia, even with their own coaches injuring players.

31

Toledo 9-1 W:Central Michigan 28-23 32

Toldeo wins but they seem to have lost their edge and bite. This is a vulnerable team that doesn't scare anyone right now.

32

Pittsburgh

7-3 W:#37 Duke 31-13 38

Have to like Pittsburgh running Tyler Boyd so often, just trying to get the ball into the hands of their playmaker.

33

UCLA

7-3 L:#28 Washington State 27-31 25

Despite losing against Washington State, a win against Utah gets the season on track for UCLA and keeps them alive for the Pac 12 title.

34

Temple

8-2 L:South Florida 23-44 21

Easily the most shocking outcome of the weekend.

35

Western Kentucky 8-2 Idle 36

The Hilltoppers are 11th in PPG and 6th in passing yards per game.

36

Northern Illinois 7-3 W:Buffalo 41-30 36

Remember one of the three losses suffered by Northern Illinois came against an Ohio State team that they played very tough.

37

Arkansas

6-4 W:#12 LSU 31-14 NR

The best 6-4 team in the country and nobody wants to play them right now.

38

BYU

7-3 L:Missouri 16-20 29

BYU has been too streaky and hard to figure out all season long.

39

Penn State

7-3 Idle 40

Penn State plays the Ohio State schedule in opposite weeks with Michigan and Michigan State to finish the campaign.

40

Louisiana Tech

7-3 W:North Texas 56-13 NR

Kenneth Dixon, one of the best running backs at the NCAA level and he could go as high as Round 2 at the NFL level.

Dropped Out: Boise State, Duke.
