Heisman Watch 2016: Week 11

1. Lamar Jackson – QB Louisville: 184-314 58.6% 2,898 yards 27 TD 6 INT 184 carries 1,334 yards 7.3 YPC 19 TD. LW 1.

3,000 yards passing and 1,500 yards rushing is easily attainable.

2. Jabrill Peppers – S/RB/KR/PR Michigan: 59 tackles 14 TFL 4 sacks 8 quarterback hurries 1 FF 21 carries 161 yards 7.7 YPC 3 TD 16 PR 276 yards 17.3 YPR 1 TD 8 KR 198 yards 24.8 YPR . LW 2.

Output against Ohio State will go a long way in determining the legitamacy of his campaign.

3. Donnell Pumphrey – RB San Diego State: 270 carries 1,779 yards 6.6 YPC 14 TD 20 catches 145 yards 0 TD LW 4.

347 yards away from being the leading NCAA rusher of all time.

4. Jake Browning Soph. – QB Washington: 166-256 67.7% 2,532 yards 35 TD 5 INT 4 rushing TD. LW 3.

Browning hit a bit of a snag against a rejuvinated USC squad.

5. Zach Cunningham – LB Vanderbilt: 103 tackles 16.5 TFL 4.5 sacks  3 fumble recoveries 4 forced fumbles 3 pass breakups 1 blocked kick.  LW NR.

Looks like the most dominant defender at the FBS level this season.

6. Deshaun Watson – QB Clemson: 256-387 66.2% 3,077 yards 27 TD 13 INT 100 carries 388 yards 3.9 YPC 2 TD. LW 5.

Clemson doesn't want to see Deshaun Watson chucking the ball 70 times in a game. Watson is still having an impressive year although the 13 INT are higher than expected.

7. Jeremy McNichols – RB Boise State: 242 carries 1,369 yards 5.7 YPC 18 TD 31 catches 428 yards 13.8 YPC 4 TD. LW 6.

Quietly having a monster season.

Masterful game against Memphis with 263 yards through the air and 210 yards on the ground with 5 touchdowns finally lands him in our top 10.

9. Jonathan Allen – DT/DE Alabama: 40 tackles 7.5 TFL 7 sacks 13 quarterback hurries 2 fumble recoveries 2 pass breakups 1 blocked kick.  LW NR.

Jonathan Allen has simply been the best player on the Alabama roster all season.

10. Baker Mayfield – QB Oklahoma: 213-296 72.0% 3,212 yards 33 TD 7 INT  4 Rushing TD. LW NR.

Looking to the lead the Sooners to a Big 12 title.
