Heisman Watch 2016: Week 13

Another loss for the Cardinals and 3 interceptions for Jackson. He is still putting up monster numbers and Louisville would be sub .500 without him...no doubt.
2. Jabrill Peppers – S/RB/KR/PR Michigan: 72 tackles 16 TFL 4 sacks 8 quarterback hurries 1 FF 1 INT 27 carries 167 yards 6.2 YPC 3 TD 21 PR 310 yards 14.8 YPR 1 TD 10 KR 260 yards 26.0 YPR . LW 2.
Solid game on defense against Ohio State including his first career interception.
3. Deshaun Watson – QB Clemson: 306-453 67.6% 3,077 yards 34 TD 14 INT 112 carries 454 yards 4.1 YPC 4 TD. LW 4.
Six touchdown passes will lift his Heisman credentials as well as another ACC title if things go as planned against Virginia Tech.
4. Jake Browning Soph. – QB Washington: 214-329 65.0% 3,162 yards 40 TD 7 INT 4 rushing TD. LW 5.
Big performance in the Apple Cup gets Browning moving towards the top again.
5. Christian McCaffrey – RB Stanford: 253 carries 1,603 yards 6.3 YPC 13 TD 37 catches 310 yards 3 TD LW 8.
Another 200 yard game with multiple touchdowns.
6. Zach Cunningham – LB Vanderbilt: 119 tackles 16.5 TFL 4 fumble recoveries 2 forced fumbles 3 pass breakups 1 blocked kick. LW 7.
Should be Defensive Player of the Year...while Peppers is higher on list with his offensive and special teams contributions factored in.
7. Jeremy McNichols – RB Boise State: 295 carries 1,663 yards 5.6 YPC 23 TD 32 catches 450 yards 14.1 YPC 4 TD. LW 3.
Just when some steam was being gathered for McNichols Boise State loses on a goal line stand.
8. Quinton Flowers – QB South Florida: 184-299 61.5% 2,551 yards 22 TD 6 INT 177 carries 1,425 yards 8.1 YPC 15 TD. LW 9.
Poor man's Lamar Jackson this season.
9. Donnell Pumphrey – RB San Diego State: 305 carries 1,908 yards 6.3 YPC 15 TD 26 catches 205 yards 0 TD LW 6.
Pumphrey has been held in check the last two weeks and both resulted in San Diego State losses...it isn't coincidence.
10. Dede Westbrook – WR Oklahoma: 70 catches 1,354 yards 19.3 YPC 15 TD 7 rushes 84 yards 12.0 YPC 0 Rushing TD. LW NR.
Westbrook supplants his quarterback Baker Mayfield on the list.
Honorable Mention: Dalvin Cook, RB, FSU; Saquon Barkley RB, Penn State; Greg Ward Jr., QB, Houston; Baker Mayfield, QB, Oklahoma; D'Onta Foreman, RB, Texas; Jonathan Allen, DT, Alabama; Corey Davis, WR, Western Michigan and J.T. Barrett, QB, Ohio State.
