West Virginia and a road tilt with Kansas State will be tougher than many expect.

8

Washington State 5-0 W:#6 USC 30-27 18

Encouraging seeing J.T. Barrett look off many of his primary reads with time to throw against Rutgers.

Luke Falk outplayed Sam Darnold in what seems to be a reoccuring theme for the Trojans.

15

Oklahoma State 4-1 W:#33 Texas Tech 41-34 14

This Cowboys defense isn't passing the eye test right now. They can score with any team in the country but they are proving to be one-dimensional.

South Florida 5-0 W:East Carolina 61-31 16

Streak of scoring 30 or more point continues (22 straight games which is 1 shy of the record).

17

Game with NC State will go a long way in determing the rest of the season for Louisville.

Atlantic Coast Coastal division showdown with Miami is for the division lead.

Total yards....Central Florida 603 Memphis 396...ouch.

29

Texas A&M 4-1 W:South Carolina 24-17 37

Four straight wins for the Aggies...can they make it five? It's Alabama so don't hold your breath.

Navy holds the ball for 40 minutes to get another big victory.

31

Texas Tech moves up a bit even after a loss, they showed well against Oklahoma State and could knock off a big team in the Big 12 this season.

Wolfpack have shaken off that opening loss to South Carolina nicely.

35

Maryland 3-1 W:#35 Minnesota 31-24 40

Maryland led the Big Ten in rushing a season ago and had the nations leader in yards per carry. Put in just enough passing to keep opposing defenses honest and you have a team that is tough to play.

Tennessee 3-2 L:#7 Georgia 0-41 25

The Volunteers took a straight up ass-whoppin'
