Comments: It could be argued that Hilliard is more of a guard than a forward, but either way the wing player found a way to score. He grew into an effective shooter and ball-handler. Hilliard helped out tremendously on defense, always seeming to sniff out the ball in passing lanes. He stepped up as a leader and a smart basketball player at Villanova. Hilliard is a balanced all-around player, but doesn’t have the explosiveness in any category to put him on the draft board.
