Round Pick   Team Player Position School Height WeightComments
11
Tennessee Laremy Tunsil * OTMississippi6' 5"320After drafting Marcus Mariota a season ago, the Titans can now use this top pick to focus on protecting their investment in the upcoming years.
12
Cleveland Carson Wentz QBNorth Dakota State6' 5"231Stop me if you have heard this before..."Cleveland is in the market for a quarterback". The Johnny Manziel saga is tragic, especially since he wasn't awful on the field. Wentz has been my top guy all year and it burns me up reading other publications that claim "Wentz has come out of nowhere".
13
San Diego Jalen Ramsey * CBFlorida State6' 0"210Eric Weddle has been the rock for this team and Jalen Ramsey will be viewed as his longtime replacement. Ramsey has safety and cornerback experience, his versatility likely pushes him ahead of Vernon Hargreaves on teams boards. That being said the Chargers will trade out of this spot for a team looking to secure a quarterback.
14
Dallas Myles Jack * OLBUCLA6' 1"240Jack, unlike Jaylon Smith, hurt his knee early enough that he should be fully recovered for the 2016 season or close to it. Ironic the Cowboys would select a linebacker coming off a major injury since the reason he would be drafted would be to compensate for when Sean Lee and Rolando McClain went down. One could argue the losses at linebacker hurt the Cowboys as much as being without Tony Romo at quarterback.
15
Jacksonville Joey Bosa * DEOhio State6' 4"275Dante Fowler was the player taken last season and his rookie season lasted about 20 minutes in practice before an ACL tear. Fowler will be back but the Jags can't take any chances. Why not select the best overall prospect on the entire board. This is a season which should determine if the Jaguars go looking for a coach next year or if Gus Bradley sticks around. Gus needs players that will help him win now.
16
Baltimore Ronnie Stanley * OTNotre Dame6' 6"315The Ravens need secondary help in the worst way and although they don't have a history of moving up the draft board often, they could surprise in trying to land Jalen Ramsey. Here with no trade scenarios Ronnie Stanley is the sure thing to get a 10-year cornerstone on the line.
17
San Francisco Jared Goff * QBCal6' 4"210This is a 50-50 call right now for us between Jared Goff and Laquon Treadwell. Chip Kelly gets to start with the quarterback of his choosing and sculpt him from Day 1. This is a little risky because Kelly will have no excuses if Goff fails to live up to expectations.
18
Miami Ezekiel Elliot * RBOhio State5' 11"225Vernon Hargreaves has been here for the longest time but the Dolphins realize it's time to make something happen on offense. If you want to help Ryan Tannehill it's time to get him a consistent running attack. Jay Ajayi will help but doesn't look like the three down back or have the talent of Ezekiel Elliott and Lamar Miller is likely gone.
19
Tampa Bay DeForest Buckner DEOregon6' 7"290Tampa Bay has needs a ton of help getting to the passer. A defensive end here is not a surprise it's which one do the Buccaneers select. Buckner gives Tampa some options to also play inside.
110
NY Giants Vernon Hargreaves III * CBFlorida5' 11"190The Giants finished last in sacking the quarterback last season so a pick along the line makes a lot of sense. In this scenario with Vernon Hargreaves still on the board the Giants go for the best player available and another spot where they have a gaping hole to fill.
111
Chicago Sheldon Rankins DTLouisville6' 1"303No player helped their stock more from the Senior Bowl than Rankins who has went from a 2nd/3rd round grade to a potential top 10 pick. In the new 3-4 alignment Rankins would serve as a defensive end
112
New Orleans A'Shawn Robinson * DTAlabama6' 3"320The Saints just need defensive help period. When you need help in multiple areas then finding a big stop-gap lineman is always a great place to start since strong play at the position helps you in so many areas. The Saints take the best player available at defensive tackle in this scenario.
113
Philadelphia William Jackson CBHouston6' 0"195Paxton Lynch was a possibility here but unlikely after the deal for Sam Bradford. Offensive line is the biggest concern but it's a deeper field then the cornerbacks. Philadelphia here takes the fastest riser at the position while looking at the line in subsequent rounds.
114
Oakland Noah Spence DEEastern Kentucky6' 3"255The Raiders should go after another pass rushing threat to compliment Khalil Mack. Spence may be the best off the edge in this class and just seems to fit the Raider mold.
115
LA Rams Paxton Lynch * QBMemphis6' 7"245The Rams have the luxury to go after Lynch here with an extra second round pick. Jeff Fisher has been screaming that the Rams are comfortable with the quarterbacks they have, that usually means doom for the teams starter this early in the offseason.
116
Detroit Laquon Treadwell * WRMississippi6' 2"225With Calvin Johnson riding off into the sunset the Lions here find themselves with a draft board where no wide receivers have been selected. If the Rams and Eagles resist Treadwell it's likely the Lions will not.
117
Atlanta Emmanuel Ogbah * DEOklahoma State6' 4"270No active player at the NCAA level had more career sacks than Ogbah. He gets after the quarterback and pairing him with Vic Beasley will make opposing offenses uneasy.
118
Indianapolis Reggie Ragland ILBAlabama6' 2"260Indianapolis remains weak up the middle and stopping the run on defense. Reggie Ragland looks like a solution for two problems.
119
Buffalo Robert Nkemdiche * DTMississippi6' 3"290Robert Nkemdiche is a Rex Ryan type player. If still on the board Ryan will jump at the chance to snag the player who perhaps has the most natural talent in this entire class.
120
NY Jets Leonard Floyd * OLBGeorgia6' 4"235The Jets could consider Ezekiel Elliot if still available but here they find Floyd too good to pass up.
121
Washington Jarran Reed DTAlabama6' 3"315The secondary needs a little more work and Washington has been trading back in recent drafts. If the Redskins trade back then Eli Apple or Kendall Fuller looks like the likely target. Here the Redskins stay put and get an anchor for the middle of the line.
122
Houston Derrick Henry * RBAlabama6' 3"242If the 247 pound weigh in doesn't scare the Texans off they get the replacement for Arian Foster while looking at quarterback in round 2.
123
Minnesota Michael Thomas * WROhio State6' 2"210Stefon Diggs was very productive as a rookie but Teddy Bridgewater needs more weapons or teams will continually stack the box and bottle up Adrian Peterson.
124
Cincinnati Will Fuller * WRNotre Dame6' 0"184The Bengals are just trying to find the pieces to get them over the postseason hump. Fuller had a monster Combine but he drops way too many balls on film.
125
Pittsburgh Kendall Fuller * CBVirginia Tech5' 11"195Fuller sneaks back into the first round if he can convince teams he has a clean bill of health and not an injury liability. Coming into the season Fuller was our #3 overall prospect, the talent is there for Pittsburgh to finally take a corner in the opening round.
126
Seattle Taylor Decker OTOhio State6' 6"320The Seahawks will make multiple picks along the offensive line and Decker is a slam dunk here if still available for the Seahawks.
127
Green Bay Darron Lee ** ILBOhio State6' 1"218Darron Lee is a tough defender that can line up virtually anywhere behind the line. A big play rookie that can play various positions with Clay Matthews could be just what this defense needs to move into elite status.
128
Kansas City Jack Conklin * OTMichigan State6' 5"325Conklin just seems like an Andy Reid pick. Conklin can come in and play right away as the Chiefs tinker with which side to place him on with Eric Fisher continuing his up and down play.
1
New England Forfeit
129
Arizona Shaq Lawson * DEClemson6' 3"270Arizona needs more horses up front besides Calais Campbell, Shaq Lawson fits the mold.
130
Carolina Mackensie Alexander ** CBClemson5' 11"195Carolina could use help along the offensive line but here they snatch up Alexander just in case Josh Norman is not signed long term going into next season. If Carolina goes offensive line John Theus could be the first round surprise in this spot.
131
Denver Shon Coleman * OTAuburn6' 6"315If you are going to have a new quarterback under center it's a good idea to get as much young talent along the offensive line as possible.
