Strengths:
Big play threat with elite top end speed. He tracks the ball well on deep throws and has plus hands. Dangerous after the catch ability. He has enough size to play on the outside or slot. Polished route runner with good acceleration in-and-out of breaks. Special teams upside. A legit home run threat for any NFL offense.
Weaknesses:
Ross needs to bulk up some to improve against press coverage. Limited tape on him fight for 50-50 throws. He has suffered a few knee injuries from an ACL tear in 2015 and two meniscus tears in 2014.
