SCOUTING REPORT
Strengths: Kaminsky is scary as an offensive player. He showed off his skill set in the NBA tournament last year. He expands his scoring game all the way out to the three-point line, and he can finish around the rim with the left or right. He will be challenged by opponents in the NBA, especially when it comes to his driving ability, but his great passing and good ball-handling for a big man should allow him to adjust to that. His length allows him to contest shots and grab rebounds on the defensive end. Kaminsky is a smart player with a great team mindset.

Weaknesses: Kaminsky is not freak athlete like a lot of other players at this point in the draft pool. He also is not elite defensively, and may be taken advantage of at the NBA level. Kaminsky was a late riser at the college level, so scouts have to wonder what took him so long to become successful.
