Efficient and generally accurate. Can thread needles in short and intermediate areas with both zip and touch. Has strong grasp of offense. Can be accurate with pressure bearing down but loses some accuracy down field. Accurate on the run outside the pocket, even to his left. Has a quick release and throws a pretty ball. Uses quick reads and the quick, short passing game. Calm and cool standing in the pocket. Does a great job being effective stepping up in the pocket. Capable of nicely extending plays. Is a pretty good athlete and is a savvy and effective runner.
Has a good arm but may lack a great arm. Underthrows some deep passes, though flashes nice back shoulder sideline passes 40 yards downfield.
