Strengths:
Good athlete with tremendous size for the position. Smooth on the field running routes and catching passes. Versatility to play as an in-line tight end or out on the perimeter. Dangerous after the catch ability and break away speed.
Weaknesses:
Lazy player that needs to show more passion and better work ethic. Plays stiff at times and struggles to get in-and-out of routes. Might struggle as an in-line blocker because of his lack of effort. Needs to go after the ball more aggressively on 50-50 throws. If he can improve his work ethic and blocking there is no reason he can't be a good NFL tight end.
